Global Social Democracy
It is a Global Social Democracy that is a constitutional monarchy, which means the Queen is recognized as the Head of all planetary matters, while the Prime Senator is the Head of Government. Democratically elected. Legislative Senate, Planetary Legislature, and Electors Judiciary are all democratically elected. Those 3 entities form the planetary government.
Legislative Senate forms, debates and passes judgments on city-state issues.
Planetary Legislature deals with intercontinental issues and is the secondary judgement of the laws passed by the Legislative Senate.
Electors Judiciary is the supreme court of the planet with regulating and implementing planetary, continental and inter-city/stale laws. Electors Judiciary has 3 lower courts; Planetary Court, Continental Court and Common Court (City/State).
Representative Monarchy:
Representative Monarchy is the government of the Corona Elementalis Mortalis. The Queen is recognized as the Head of all Corona Elementalis Mortalis matters, while the Representatives deal with regulating Corona Elementalis Mortalis citizens’ issues. There is a separate judiciary and legislature for all Corona Elementalis Mortalis (Representatives Legislature & Knight Templars). Corona Elementalis Mortalis citizens must abide by all Corona Prime laws.

She holds the veto/vote power on all planetary issues.

The Queen is the winner of the Wind Knight Templars Clans Elemental powers contest and intellectual evaluations trials.
The contest of elemental powers takes place a week-month after the death of the Queen.
