They are predators of all Mortal humaniods. They kill by drowning before devouring the prey`s body. Taming can occur when affixing a bridle to their head. Silver penetrating its body kills. This causes immediate disintegration. They additionally desire Mortal humanoid companionship.
Kelpie is the terminology used for both genders, female and male.
Kelpies are a subspecies of the Fae species, and their leader is the Fae Queen, Titania Fae Aos-Si.

Adulthood: Kelpies mature at the approximate age of 20 years old within a lifespan of 100-150 years. They are forced to be self-sufficient and to live solitary life.
