Melusine – This is a halfling humanoid water creature that is part fish or serpent from the waist down. The lower half possesses two tails/sections. Attached to its backside are a set of fleshy feathered wings.
It is a shapeshifter and it wields minor Elemental Water Magic.
Melusine is the terminology used for both genders, female and male.
Melusine is a subspecies of the Fae species, and their leader is the Fae Queen, Titania Fae Aos-Si.
